The problem

I wanted to see if I could design and build a hotel website that felt genuinely premium — the kind of site a real guest house would be proud to launch — without waiting around for an actual client or booking system to build it against.

The approach

I designed Ducor Residences around a fictional Monrovia guest house, building out everything a real hotel site would need: room listings, amenities, policies, a photo gallery, live pricing, and a full booking flow with its own validation. All the data behind it is simulated on my end rather than pulled from a real booking system, which let me focus entirely on getting the design and feel exactly right.

The outcome

A calm, premium hospitality experience that walks a visitor all the way from the homepage to a completed booking. It reads like a real hotel's website front to back, and it's proof I can carry a multi-page, motion-rich site from a blank page to something that feels finished.
